NYC’s Trusted Smart Home Security Installer
From smart locks, security cameras, and intrusion sensors to automated alarm responses, professional central station monitoring, and full integration with Alexa, Google Home, and Apple HomeKit, our licensed technicians design and install complete home automation security systems tailored to your property and lifestyle.
Since 1998, we’ve been securing homes and businesses across NYC and New Jersey with professional security solutions you can trust. Our licensed technicians provide 24/7 emergency service, using only the latest technology and backed by comprehensive warranties on all installations.

Home automation and security systems combine protective monitoring with intelligent control to create a cohesive smart home. Lock and Tech USA designs integrated solutions where security cameras trigger lighting, door locks coordinate with alarms, and motion sensors adjust connected devices, delivering security and convenience together. We walk you through the finished system before any final payment is collected.
A complete home automation security system includes smart door locks for keyless entry and remote access, security cameras for video monitoring and recording, intrusion sensors detecting unauthorized entry through doors and windows, motion detectors monitoring interior spaces, glass break sensors protecting vulnerable windows, environmental monitors for smoke, carbon monoxide, and water leaks, and an alarm system providing audible deterrents and emergency response coordination.
Our installations coordinate all components through a centralized hub or cloud-based platform. Integration enables automation like cameras recording when alarms trigger, lights activating during security events, and smart locks securing when the system arms, creating layered security that standalone devices can’t match.
Integrating security and automation provides enhanced protection through automated arming when everyone leaves, lighting simulation during vacations to suggest occupancy, climate adjustment to help prevent frozen pipes in vacant homes, and coordinated response when threats are detected. Automation closes the security gaps left by forgotten procedures and responds faster than manual intervention.
Professional installation ensures proper sensor placement, optimal camera coverage, reliable connectivity, and intuitive control. Our technicians assess your layout, identify vulnerabilities, and design a system that delivers comprehensive protection matched to your specific risks.
Lock and Tech USA installs complete home automation and security systems and ties every component together so they work as one. Our work includes:
We install home automation and security systems across a range of residential and commercial properties, scaled to the layout and how you use the space:
The best home automation security system provides instant awareness of security events through intelligent monitoring and immediate alerts. Lock and Tech USA configures notifications that keep you informed and able to respond quickly.
Central station monitoring provides round-the-clock security, with trained operators responding to alarm events, verifying emergencies through integrated cameras, dispatching police, fire, or medical services as needed, and maintaining detailed incident logs. This ensures a reliable response even when you’re unavailable or unaware of an event.
Our systems connect to monitoring through redundant communication paths including cellular, internet, and landline, preventing service interruption from a single-point failure, and backup batteries maintain operation during power outages. Lock and Tech USA installs and services your system during business hours, while the central station monitors 24/7.
Intelligent alerts distinguish between routine events and genuine threats. Your system can notify you of specific door openings, unusual activity during certain hours, multiple failed entry attempts, detected environmental hazards, and camera motion in specified zones. Smart filtering prevents alert fatigue while ensuring critical notifications get immediate attention.
Mobile apps deliver instant push notifications with camera snapshots or video clips for immediate situational awareness, and geofencing automatically adjusts alert preferences based on your location, reducing notifications when you’re home while maintaining full alerting when you’re away.
Home automation security systems modernize property access through smart locks and integrated access control, reducing reliance on traditional keys while enhancing security. Lock and Tech USA installs access management that enables remote control, temporary access, and detailed entry logging.
We install smart deadbolts with keyless entry via codes, smartphone, or biometrics, smart door handles combining traditional appearance with electronic access, retrofit smart locks that upgrade existing deadbolts without full replacement, and video doorbells for visual verification before granting access. Smart lock integration enables automatic locking when the system arms, remote unlocking for service providers or guests, temporary access codes with scheduled expiration, and entry notifications identifying who accessed the property and when.
Sophisticated access control includes user-specific entry codes identifying who enters, scheduled access limiting entry to specific times, one-time codes for temporary visitors or deliveries, automatic re-locking to prevent accidentally unlocked doors, and forced-entry alerts. Integration with cameras provides visual verification of entries, automatically recording when doors unlock. If unauthorized access is detected, the system alerts you and the monitoring center so a response can begin quickly.

The best home automation security system integrates protective monitoring with comprehensive home control, creating an intelligent environment that responds to security events while enhancing daily living. Lock and Tech USA designs whole-home solutions where security, lighting, climate, and more operate cohesively.
Sophisticated systems create automated responses including lights activating throughout the property during an alarm, cameras recording all zones when intrusion is detected, thermostats adjusting when alarms trigger, and audio systems broadcasting security warnings. These coordinated responses maximize security while providing clear emergency communication.
Vacation modes simulate occupancy through randomized lighting schedules, automated shade adjustments, and periodic camera checks so the property appears occupied. Integration with smart locks lets trusted neighbors or property managers access the home during extended absences without compromising security.
Automation enhances daily routines through a “Good Morning” scene that disarms security while adjusting climate and lighting, “Leaving Home” automation that arms security while locking doors and adjusting thermostats, a “Bedtime” routine that secures the perimeter while maintaining interior monitoring, and an “Entertainment” mode that adjusts lighting and climate while temporarily modifying motion sensitivity to prevent false alerts during gatherings.
Voice control through Alexa, Google Assistant, or Siri enables hands-free security management, and centralized control panels and smartphone apps provide a single interface to manage everything, simplifying operation while keeping full control. We also integrate with Control4 and Crestron for whole-home automation.
Lock and Tech USA follows a clear, transparent process so you always know what to expect, with the system fully demonstrated to you before any final payment is collected.
We start with a property assessment, then design the system and schedule the installation. We arrive during the scheduled date and time, confirm the contact and scope of work, install and program all components, and integrate them with your smart home. When complete, we perform an on-site walkthrough and tutorial covering the app, scenes, and daily operation, help set up the app, and test all devices before activating monitoring. Final payment is collected at that point. Pricing is straightforward — labor plus material for one total price. All installations follow federal, state, and city regulations.
Lock and Tech USA backs new installations with a 90-day mechanical warranty and a 12-month electrical warranty, covering both parts and labor. We provide installation within 75 miles of Midtown Manhattan and support extended zones, multiple locations, and multi-site service for clients with several properties. Phone and email support is available during business hours.
We accept cash, wire transfer, ACH, credit card, and check, as well as Zelle and Venmo, and we offer invoicing and business accounts for commercial clients. Depending on the size of the job, payment is typically a partial deposit up front with the balance collected on completion. Before starting, we require a signed contract and a tax exemption form if applicable.
Yes. We integrate cameras, smart locks, and alarms into one system, so cameras record when alarms trigger, locks engage when the system arms, and you manage everything from a single app.
We integrate with Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and Apple HomeKit for voice control, and with Control4 and Crestron for whole-home automation, including scenes like “Good Morning,” “Leaving Home,” and “Bedtime.”
Yes. Smart locks support temporary or one-time access codes with scheduled expiration for guests, cleaners, or deliveries, and entry notifications tell you who accessed the property and when.
