NYC’s Trusted Low Voltage Cabling Installer
From VoIP business phone systems and video conferencing to structured cabling, network infrastructure, and secure server room access control, our licensed technicians deliver complete low voltage installations as one coordinated project — on time and around your business hours.
Since 1998, we’ve been securing homes and businesses across NYC and New Jersey with professional security solutions you can trust. Our licensed technicians provide 24/7 emergency service, using only the latest technology and backed by comprehensive warranties on all installations.

Lock and Tech USA is your single low voltage provider for businesses across the NYC area — phone systems, structured cabling, video conferencing, and server-room access control delivered as one coordinated project. Instead of juggling separate contractors for voice, data, and video, you get one team that designs, installs, tests, and documents the whole infrastructure, working around your business hours to keep disruption to a minimum. We walk you through the finished system before any final payment is collected. Contact us for a free on-site or phone estimate.
As your single source for low voltage installation, we coordinate every part of your voice and data infrastructure:
We design and install voice and data infrastructure across a range of commercial properties, scaled to the size and layout of the space:
Whether you need a traditional PBX, a modern VoIP solution, or a hybrid combining both, we design and install business telephone systems that keep your team connected — with smart call routing, call analytics, backup power, failover, and E911 features that support emergency communication.
From desktop setups to enterprise boardrooms, we install video conferencing systems that integrate with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Webex, with centralized management for multi-room and multi-location organizations.
Structured cabling is the physical foundation supporting data, voice, video, and building systems. We design and install standards-based cabling that supports your current and future bandwidth across single- or multi-floor facilities, with clean routing, labeling, and documentation.
Reliable VoIP and data cabling connects every device on your network to a single, organized infrastructure for clear calls, faster troubleshooting, and a safer, tidier workplace. We install Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat6a cabling matched to your bandwidth needs.
Server rooms and network closets housing critical cabling benefit from electronic access control that prevents unauthorized entry. We secure these spaces with proximity cards, PIN codes, or biometric fingerprint readers, with access logs for accountability, integrated alongside your cabling installation.
Lock and Tech USA follows a clear, transparent process so you always know what to expect, with the system demonstrated to you before any final payment is collected.
We start with a free on-site or phone estimate, then design the system and schedule the installation. We arrive during the scheduled date and time, confirm the contact and scope of work, run and terminate cabling and configure equipment, and plan the timing with you to keep disruption to a minimum. On completion, cabling is tested, labeled, and documented, and we walk you through the finished system. Final payment is collected at that point. Pricing is straightforward — labor plus material for one total price. All installations follow federal, state, and city regulations.
Lock and Tech USA backs new installations with a 90-day mechanical warranty and a 12-month electrical warranty, covering both parts and labor. We provide installation within 75 miles of Midtown Manhattan and support extended zones, multiple locations, and multi-site service for clients with several properties. Phone and email support is available during business hours.
We accept cash, wire transfer, ACH, credit card, and check, as well as Zelle and Venmo, and we offer invoicing and business accounts for commercial clients. Depending on the size of the job, payment is typically a partial deposit up front with the balance collected on completion. Before starting, we require a signed contract and a tax exemption form if applicable.
